Romarco To Replace CFO

ROMARCO MINERALS INC. announces today that Mr. Simon Dorey, former CFO, has left the Company effective immediately. Diane Garrett, President and CEO of Romarco Minerals has assumed the position of interim CFO and a search process is underway for a replacement CFO.
Mr. Dat Huynh, Controller of Romarco, is responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the Company.
