Romarco Relocates Headquarters, Reduces Overhead

ROMARCO MINERALS INC. ("TSXV: R.T.") has closed its Toronto, Ontario office and relocated its Corporate Headquarters to Vancouver, British Columbia.
Romarco has completed an examination of overhead expenses and the closure of the Toronto office and reduction in office staff will significantly reduce overhead costs by more than 60% and will consolidate the corporate, financial and administrative functions of the Company.
The Company’s financial and administrative activities will be managed by Mr. Ralf Langner, V.P. Finance, in Vancouver, BC (see press release dated January 15, 2003).
